This will be sweet, simple and to the point. Sorry it is late, but you will see why.
Welcome to Letters of Intent, brought to us by Julie. Go tell her she is wonderful. She will appreciate it. Join in. She will appreciate it more.

To all the tests I had that said my gallbladder was fine, I TOLD YOU SO.
I spent the night/morning in the ER, had a CT scan, for the 14th time, and THIS ONE actually came back showing gallstones.
I KNEW all along it was my gallbladder, (don't ask how, I just knew) so I don't know if it was the no insurance thing since I just got insurance (one nurse said absolutely not cause the dr's get paid at this particular hospital through a grant if I couldn't pay) or if it was just all in God's timing, but when the doctor came in that morning and said, "You have gallstones," I didn't even let him finish his sentence. I just fell back on the bed, and said "I KNEW IT!"
Now gallbladder surgery will follow, no details yet, but they released me with a shot and some meds that made me almost forget about the whole ordeal. Almost.
I am still quite fuzzy, so I shall keep it brief for now, but I will say this particular puzzle in my life has been a burden for over THREE YEARS and finally that part has been exposed. It has wrecked havoc on my already seriously disturbed nerves and OCD, but alas we have another piece of the puzzle. Thank you God. Now we can begin rearranging the pieces of my puzzle. Still won't have the finished puzzle, but at least we know all the pieces better.
Sincerely,
Soon to be Gallbladder-less Lisa

I know exactly what you're going through Lisa.. In the last couple of months i have had CT scans, HIDA scans and i have also had the sonogram.. NOTHING has ever shown up, yet i have times when i think i am going to go into fits with my stomach. Sooooo the day before Thanksgiving i had an Upper Endoscopy, and guess what?? Nothing showed up. I have been to 2different Dr's and to the ER 2 times in the last month. I know i am not crazy and i am in serious pain, but they say they can't find a thing. My Dad went through the same thing, so does my sister Barbara, and my dad's mother and most of her family all had it as well.. I feel your pain, and i'm glad they finally found out what's wrong so that you may be able to get this part behind you.

So glad you got an answer! I know exactly what it is like to have something wrong and you pretty much know what it is but you're just waiting on the doctors to catch up.
Thanks for linking up!
I'm so sorry (but glad that you finally found out!). I heard gall bladder disease is so painful. I hope the surgery comes soon and leaves you feeling much better!
By the way, the link to the mexican train website is:

It's different than how we play, but still fun!!
So sorry to hear about your surgery Lisa. At least you found what it is and can get it fixed. Hope you feel better soon!
Just keep that positive attitude my sweet, dear niece and all WILL BE WELL! I'm so sorry that your ER visit somewhat hampered your ability to be 100% for some of our visit but being at home with you and the family was just what this "Aged to Perfection" auntie needed. Sometimes life can turn us upside down but we have our heavenly Father to depend on to turn us back right side up "in His time". Being in God's waiting room is real hard on us less than patient children but that is where we learn to perserve and God molds us into who and what He created us to be. To God be the glory!!! He is an awesome Abba Father!!!
