Merry Christmas.... and all that good stuff too...

I think I have given up on catching up on blog work and just jumping up to the present. It is Christmas Eve, Aunt Willie HAS made it in, Baby Cakes comes home in less than an hour, most of the food for tomorrow is prepped, 99.9% of presents are prepared in some cheerful fashion, I just have to take a shower and dry my hair and fluff it a little and I'm calling it the "New Christmas Eve Do" and being done with it. Shew!

Hope everyone is having a blessed Christmas Eve & Day! I will try to get some pictures up of Dylan after he opens presents, but judging by my bloggy behavior, don't waste sleep waiting. (Not like everyone isn't busy their own selves anyway.) I am already making New Year's resolutions about "How to be a better bloggy Aunt Nee."

Yes, Aunt Willie was home!!! And, thanks to my super wonderful boss for closing the office on Christmas Eve was home on Thursday instead of having to wait until Friday on Christmas Day to drive in. It was not just TOO WONDERFUL to be able to be there a little early. I am back in Louisville now and as much as I like home and a certain "blue jeaned, cowboy booted" good lookin' friend, it still is never enough time with the family and my favorite little boy, boy Dylan.

Thank God (and Doug) Aunt Willie made it home on Thursday. That way the tree got finished. My orange candles actually got in the windows before dark on Christmas eve. They look wonderful, as always. Maybe next year they will be there earlier. (Who knows?) Thank God for the wonderful time we had together, all the wonderful food from everyone, all the presents and just the together time. It was all wonderful, we have soooo much to be thankful for. We are blessed. Love and appreciation Grammy
