To Nee Nee's We Will Go

As mentioned earlier, Momma Amy, Poppy & Dylan came for a visit to Nee Nee's house. (AKA: They wanted Chinese) After they ate, they came to my apartment, which I had ready and waiting for out little Rebel.

He very quickly found the orange hat I had for him, however convincing him it was HIS took a little doing. Usually he wants to grab up everything in sight, but somehow he was concerned with 'bothering' my hat.

Those feelings quickly vanished.

Love this profile shot. Looks just like me as a little one. Those moments are getting fewer and far in between. *sigh*

He quickly loads up my bathroom shelf thing with some of his little toys Nee Nee keeps tucked away for him here in her closet. He calls it his 'walker' and treats it as so. He even bends over a little and looks just like a little old man.

It still has those toys in it. I have been "Lazy Nee Nee" since they left. Oh well.

Cheesing it up just one more time in his "Future Rebel" t-shirt. Love his new head tilt. Although when you are trying to get a 'serious' shot it can be rather annoying.

And what's a visit without a good nap? We ALL took one, lol, and Dylan looks just oh so comfy piled up on my bed, doesn't he?

After they left, I crashed again on the couch, because being the best Nee Nee there is around takes lots and lots of energy.

Momma Amy and I have lots of planning and preparing to do, for Dylan's Toy Story THREE Birthday Bash next month. It will be here before we know it! So far I already have "Sheriff Woody Stars" to use in making keepsake name tags. I love this theme, I must admit. I was worried I would be "Toy Storied Out" by now, but no where near it!

So, To Infinity And Beyond!

Hopefully By Tonight!

Poppy, Momma Amy, and, most importantly, Dylan are on their way to visit dear old Nee Nee (who has been neglectful and at some times not able visit them in a while) after they get finished eating Chinese. So, HOPEFULLY, I will have a new post filled with lots of tidbits and pictures by tonight, and some bloggy fodder for a few more. February is a VERY triply happy month for our sweet little boy boy, and Momma Amy and Nee Nee have LOTS up their sleeves!

I have been running around "Dylan Proofing" the house. Hiding my exercise ball that he likes to play "gladiator" with. Putting away all charger cords, etc, that I can randomly leave laying on the counter, etc, without fear of a little 2 year old losing for me. Moving my coffee table center piece so as to make a perfect play table. You know, just the norm. Oh, yes, and lets not forget about hiding the cheese and the butter. You know, not the norm.

So, toys are out where they always are (when Dylan is on his way, anyway) crayons and paper are ready, and there is a new orange and blue baseball cap 'hiding' in my new entertainment center (from Cuzzin Robyn!!) for the little nosey booger to find for himself when he arrives. Can you tell it has been a while since I have saw my one and only nephew? Didn't think so.

O Holy Night Cow

Poppy, Grammy, Momma Amy and Dylan went to a 'live' Nativity Scene.

They didn't have a cow amongst their animal crew of 2.

Dylan was not happy.

So they took him to a 'fake' Nativity Scene, with Baby Jesus and everything

And THEY had a cow, so all was right in the world.
